Shipping Policy

We deliver nationwide across Malaysia and to selected international destinations. This policy sets out our delivery options, fees and estimated delivery times.

1. Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel ships.

2. Domestic delivery (Malaysia)

West Malaysia (Peninsular)

Standard: RM8 · 2–4 business days · Pos Laju

Express: RM12 · 1–3 business days · J&T Express

East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan)

Standard: RM20 · 4–7 business days · Pos Laju / J&T

Express: RM30 · 3–6 business days · DHL eCommerce

FREE standard delivery in West Malaysia for orders above RM150. Heavy or oversized items such as steel lengths and wire mesh rolls may need a delivery quotation; we will contact you before dispatch if so.

3. International delivery

We ship to Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia and Thailand on request — contact us before ordering for a quotation. Estimated time: 7–14 business days from dispatch. The recipient is responsible for import duties and customs charges.

4. Tracking

Use the tracking number in your shipping email or the Track Order page. If tracking has not updated for 5 business days, please contact us.

5. Delivery issues

Failed delivery: couriers usually attempt delivery 2–3 times before returning the parcel to their hub for collection.

Lost parcels: if the courier declares a parcel lost, we will send a replacement or give a full refund.

Wrong address: please check your address carefully; re-delivery charges may apply.
