Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of hotsteel.co, operated by HOT STEEL SDN. BHD. (202201012732 (1458429-U)) ("Hot Steel", "we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order.

2. Products & pricing

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Product images are for illustration; packaging and colours may vary by batch.

We may correct pricing or description errors and will contact you before fulfilling an affected order.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order for stock, payment or fraud reasons and will refund any amount paid.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by our licensed payment gateway using online banking, cards or approved e-wallets. Card details are handled by the gateway and are not stored by us.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and fees are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns

Returns and refunds are handled under our Returns & Cancellation Policy. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 are not affected.

7. Safe use of products

Chemicals, cutting tools and power tool accessories must be used according to the manufacturer’s instructions and with appropriate personal protective equipment. Hot Steel is not liable for loss arising from misuse.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and the courts of Kuala Lumpur have jurisdiction.
